The five-star Riffelalp Resort 2222m has selected Swisscom’s Cloud IPTV powered by MCOMS to enhance its offerings with powerful in-room and mobile guest experiences.

This project is a major milestone in the unique partnership between MCOMS and Swisscom, which have teamed up to enrich and expand their offerings and deliver advanced cloud TV services for five-star properties.

Through Swisscom’s Cloud IPTV solution powered by MCOMS, the Hotel offers guests a wide portfolio of interactive guest services. In addition, thanks to the Cloud IPTV user interface the guests have access to a lot of helpful information and services concerning the Zermatt Ski Resort Area.
The hotel also added a Mobile app for iOS and Android devices. Using their mobile devices, guests can now explore more information about the hotel and Zermatt Ski Resort Area, access hotel offers, services, facilities, and much more.
